Yapım İnşaat Müteahhitlik Ltd. is a company founded in Northern Cyprus in 1988. The founder of the company, Tekin Köse, a graduate of the ITU Faculty of Architecture, laid the foundation for this enterprise. Over the years, our experience in construction and contracting has allowed us to become leaders in this field on the island.

Throughout our history, we have executed projects covering an area of 174,801 square meters. We have successfully completed the construction of 1,152 apartments, 41 shops, 171 residential houses, 8 office spaces, and 22 other contracting projects in Nicosia, Kyrenia, and Güzelyurt. These achievements have been made possible through over 1,200 successfully completed projects and the new tasks we are working on.

Our company is capable of providing high-quality execution for all stages of construction, from foundation preparation to turnkey delivery. We possess all the necessary equipment and know-how for the assessment and detailed reporting of real estate. Our team consists of 48 individuals, and in collaboration with our partner subcontractors, we are able to execute even the most complex projects.
