Dems Construction was founded in 2020 by Süleyman Can, who has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has completed numerous major projects in Northern Cyprus. The first project of the company, Selvi Evleri, was sold and constructed very quickly. The company continues to work with an innovative approach and aims to use the latest technologies and modern architecture in each project to offer high-quality housing at affordable prices.
